A Gateway Determination dated 11 April, 2017 has been received.

Council is now seeking feedback from the public on the Planning Proposal and draft Development Control Plan for 25 George Street, North Strathfield (SP 22302), provided below:

  • Planning Proposal. This Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the land from IN1 General Industrial to R3 Medium Density Residential and apply new Height of Building and Floor Space Ratio standards to the site.
  • Draft Development Control Plan (DCP). The draft DCP is proposed to be amended to provide site specific built form controls for individual sites within the Concord West Master Plan Precinct.
