MasterView Property Search

Objective:  Allows you to search on a parcel of land within the local government area.

MasterView Property Search screen allows the user to enter either the Street Number, Street Name, Suburb, Property Name, Property Number, or Lot/Plan Number.

The user can select one or more details to fill in. 
Note: If you complete all the fields the property search will not work.

Street Number:             Type in the Street (house) Number or range of numbers

Street Name:                Type in the Street Name

Suburb:                        Type in the Suburb

Property Name:           Type in Property Name. e.g. "Andrew's Cottage"

Property Number:        Type in internal Property ID. e.g. "18609"

Lot and Plan Number:  Type in Lot and Plan Number. e.g. Lot "1" Plan "87654"

Include Only Active Properties allows the user to search for all properties that are active or that have been submitted recently. By unchecking this it will enable the user to view historic properties

Include Units (Children) is querying Strata Properties, any property that contains a block of units or townhouses.
