This the Australian Government’s principal business program delivery division in the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research which:

Clearly Business - Business Enterprise Centre
This is a Business Enterprise Centre with a mission to foster new and emerging businesses as well as assisting existing businesses to achieve their strategic goals. The BEC identifies and delivers an evolving range of practical services to small business. Services include:
- business consultancy and advice
- provision of training workshops
- serviced offices and virtual office facilities
- hot desks
- mail service
- interview/meeting rooms and boardroom
- training room
- access to business information, both in print and electronically
- networking and numerous other business-related activities
