Cycle to the Shops and Win!

Council recently installed 26 Safe-T-Bike racks, providing 52 bike parking facilities at our local shopping villages. There is no better time to start shopping by bike! To celebrate the installation of these facilities, Council is hosting two free events on Saturday, 23 May 2009 and Friday, 5 June 2009.
Local businesses are supporting this program with a Cycle to the Shops and Win Promotion. Cycle to one of the businesses outlined below and go in the draw to win great prizes. Simply spend $30, show your helmet and complete the entry form provided by the business. Competition commences Friday, 5 June 2009 and concludes Friday, 26 June 2009.

Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
- Competition is open to persons shopping at the participating businesses.
- Employees of the City of Canada Bay Council and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- To enter visit participating businesses during the Promotion Period.
- All entries are required to provide their name, place of purchase, telephone number and receipt for eligibility and for contact if they are a winner.
- Council will not accept responsibility for any entries that were sent but not received.
- The Promotion commences Friday, 5 June 2009 & closes 5pm Friday, 26 June 2009 (“Promotion Period”).
- Entries will be drawn by an Officer of City of Canada Bay Council.
- Winners will be contacted by telephone on Monday, 29 June 2009.
- Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
- The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
