Health and Wellbeing Directory 2011/2012 Edition
The City of Canada Bay and local health and wellbeing businesses collaborate once again to share the vision of a healthier city with the release of the new edition of the Health and Wellbeing Directory 2011/2012 Edition.
This publication brings together local Health Industry Professionals and Organisations and acts as comparable resource for them to refer customers from one local health and wellbeing business to another.
We encourage you to take control of your own health and wellbeing and keep it local by using this easy to navigate directory of qualified and experienced health and wellbeing professionals and services that are located close to home.
You can download a copy of the directory below or pick up a copy from your local participating health and wellbeing business, local general practitioners, complementary practitioners, Sydney South West Area Health Service, Concord Hospital, community groups (such as Early Childhood Centres and Meals on Wheels), Council's libraries and at the local Public Health Forums.

Visit a local Health and Wellbeing business and go in the draw to win a free month membership pass to Five Dock Leisure Centre.
Every time you refer (if you are a registered health practitioner) or visit (consumer) a health and wellbeing practitioner listed in the Health and Wellbeing Directory 2011/2012 Edition, you have a chance of winning a free one month membership pass to Five Dock Leisure Centre, which includes a free assessment and exercise program, valued at $137. There is a free pass drawn every month.
Enter the Health and Wellbeing Competition here or send your local shopping receipt to Health and Wellbeing Competition, City of Canada, Locked Bag 1470, Drummoyne NSW 1470. Each monthly draw closes on the last day of the month and is drawn on the first business day on the following month. Competition ends 30 June 2012. This competition is authorised under TPL LTPM/11/00445.
