City of Canada Bay supports local not-for-profit organisations and community groups

Grants are available under two streams: funding up to $1000 to support existing operations and funding up to $3000 to support the development of additional projects.

“This program offers financial support to local not-for-profit organisations and community groups with projects that benefit community members,” City of Canada Bay Mayor Helen McCaffrey said.

“Council is committed to assisting organisations that look to inspire and improve the City of Canada Bay.”

Applications for the 2017 Community Grants Program close on . Applicants must demonstrate how their service or project helps to achieve one (or possibly more) of the outcomes listed within  – a 20-year vision for the City of Canada Bay.

Council is holding two information sessions for applicants on Wednesday, 26 April from 1-2pm in the Halliday Room at the Drummoyne Civic Centre and on Monday, 1 May from 5.30-6.30pm in the Meeting Room at Concord Library.
