City of Canada Bay’s Community Grants Program for 2017-18 is now open.
Grants are available under two streams: funding up to $1000 to support existing operations and funding up to $3000 to support the development of additional projects.
“This program offers financial support to local not-for-profit organisations and projects which benefit community members,” City of Canada Bay Mayor Helen McCaffrey said.
“Council is committed to assisting organisations that look to inspire and improve the City of Canada Bay.”
Applications for the 2017 Community Grants Program close on Friday, 19 May. Applicants must demonstrate how their service or project helps to achieve one (or possibly more) of the outcomes listed within Futures Plan 20 (FP20) – a 20-year vision for the City of Canada Bay.
Council is holding two information sessions for applicants on Wednesday, 26 April from 1-2pm in the Halliday Room at the Drummoyne Civic Centre and on Monday, 1 May from 5.30-6.30pm in the Meeting Room at Concord Library.
Online application forms are available on Council’s website or contact our Community and Corporate Planner on 9911 6555.
Manual copies will also be available at Council's Civic Centre in Drummoyne, Five Dock Library, Concord Library and The Connection, Rhodes.
