Christmas opening hours

Council’s Civic Centre in Drummoyne will be closed from 12pm on Friday, 22 December and will reopen on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. For any enquiries during Council’s shutdown period, please call us on 9911 6555.

  • In person: visit our customer service desk at Drummoyne Civic Centre, 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne, 8:30am–4:00pm weekdays.

  • Phone: contact our Customer Service Team, 24 hours, 7 days a week on 9911 6555.

  • Phone – Waste Hotline: Call 1300 551 659 between 8am–5pm weekdays for information about bin and bulk household collections, and to report lost, stolen or damaged bins.

  • Phone – Duty Planner: make a booking to access our free Duty Planner service available weekdays 8:30am–1pm.

  • Email: council@canadabay.nsw.gov.au

  • Web chat: click the pop up box on the right hand bottom corner of this webpage to chat with us weekdays between 8:30am–4:30pm.
