On Line Payments

This "payments" page can be located from any page with Council's website.  Just go to the top of your screen and select the "green" Payments button.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit allows your rates to be paid automatically from your bank account on the due date.

BPay

Contact your participating financial institution to make this payment from your cheque or savings account.

Pay at Post

Just take your bill to any post office to pay by cash or cheque.

Credit Card Payments

Payments using a credit card may be made by dialling 1300 304 732. A service fee of 1% (incl GST) applies. Payments may also be made via Council's website.

Payment by Mail (Rates and Charges only)

Make cheque payable to City of Canada Bay Council and crossed "Not Negotiable". Mail payments to: City of Canada Bay Council Locked Bag 305 Silverwater NSW 1811.

Payment through the Commonwealth Bank

Payment of the amount due may be made by cash or cheque at any branch of the Commonwealth Bank, regardless of whether you are a customer. Please complete the details on the Bank Deposit Slip at the bottom of the rate notice. Take the rate notice to any branch for payment. The Bank will stamp the "Ratepayer's Copy" and return it to you as a receipt.

Personal Payment at Council's Office

Present the rate notice to Council's Customer Service Centre at 1a Marlborough St Drummoyne.

Business Hours:
8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Monday to Friday.

EFTPOS facilities are available for debit cards and the following credit cards:

  • Bankcard
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • AMEX.

Credit card payments attract a 1% service fee (incl GST).
