Calendar of Council Meetings

Council meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month (with the exception of January).  Meetings are held at the Canada Bay Civic Centre, 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne commencing at 6pm, with the exception of Extraordinary Meetings, which may be held in an emergency.  

Members of the public are most welcome to attend these meetings. 

Agendas

Council agendas are available to the public in Council's libraries on the Saturday before the relevant meeting, and are available from the Customer Service Centre on the Monday before the relevant meeting.  Please use the search facilities below to view current Agendas.

Minutes

Minutes are available once confirmed by Council.  Please use the search facilities below to view Minutes of Council and Committee Meetings.

Request to address Council

If you wish to address a Council meeting you will need to complete and return Council's Request to Address Council Meeting application form by 4pm on the day of the meeting.

Changes to Committee of the Whole

Following advice issued to all NSW Councils by the Division of Local Government regarding procedures for Council Meetings and Committees, Council has amended the Code of Meeting Practice to reflect this advice.

As a result, the meeting held on the first Tuesday of the month, and the meeting held on the third Tuesday of the month are now, both Council Meetings. The meeting on the first Tuesday will continue to deal predominantly with Development Applications and Planning matters.

These changes are effective from 1 June 2010.
