Quarterly reports

As part of Council's integrated planning and reporting system, Council has recently completed the fourth and final quarterly report on our 2010-11 Operating Plan.

Our annual Operating Plan level outlines all the programs and projects we intend to undertake in the year to contribute to your vision for the City of Canada Bay. In our current plan, there are 353 individual items that we've committed to achieve.

Each of those items has a key performance indicator (KPI) which helps us track our progress and make adjustment where needed. KPIs are reported on each quarter using a simple traffic light system of scores.
