Council's Building Certification Team can approve your Construction Certificate within 5-10 working days from its submission

To enable a 5-10 day turn around time please ensure:

• All relevant information and documentation has been submitted.

• The Construction Certificate application checklist has been completed as this will ensure all information has been submitted.

A pre-lodgement meeting can be arranged to assist in streamlining the construction certificate process.
