The City of Canada Bay Development Control Plan (DCP) applies to all land within the Canada Bay Local Government Area except for the sites listed in Schedule 1 of the DCP, which are covered by Site or Precinct Specific Development Control Plans.
Amendments to the City of Canada Bay Development Control Plan
Council has recognised the need to give direction when it comes to future development in completed and settled Masterplan Estates. On Tuesday, 19 April 2011 Council resolved to amend the City of Canada Bay Development Control Plan (DCP) to include a control regarding completed and settled Masterplan Estates.
A copy of the draft DCP amendment is on public exhibition until Thursday, 25 August 2011 at the Concord Library, Five Dock Library and the City of Canada Bay Civic Centre, Drummoyne.
