Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2008
The Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan (LEP) was gazetted on Friday, 7 March 2008. The LEP applies to all land within the Canada Bay local government area (LGA), with the exception of land within the Rhodes Peninsula, which falls under Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No. 29 - Rhodes Peninsula (SREP 29) and the land identified on the Land Application Map as 'Deferred Matter' or also known as the Strathfield Triangle. The Concord Planning Scheme Ordinance continues to apply to this land.
