Planning for the Rhodes Community

View Rhodes West Draft Masterplan 2009.

The Canada Bay Local Environment Plan 2008 and Canada Bay Development Control Plan do not apply to the Rhodes Peninsula.  This land falls under Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No. 29 - Rhodes Peninsula (SREP 29) and the Renewing Rhodes DCP (please contact the NSW Department of Planning for a copy).  There are four maps that accompany SREP 29:

Meet and get to know your neighbours, Council staff and your local Councillors!

Some of the regular information which is provided at RCRG meetings includes:

  • Updates on development, environmental and community issues
  • Details of proposed new developments
  • Council action in respect of complaints.
