Local Environmental Plan

The City of Canada Bay Council's Local Environmental Plan (LEP) was gazetted on Friday, 7 March 2008.

To view Council's LEP and maps please visit the Parliamentary Counsel's website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to Environmental Planning Instruments in Force (ie Principal State Planning Policies and Regional and Local Plans), then click on "C";

• Select Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2008 from the list.  You will now be located on Canada Bay Council's new LEP (written document); and

• To locate our maps please click on the blue button marked MAPS on the top centre of the page.
