Business Activity Report
All NSW Councils are required to report their food regulatory activities to the NSW Food Authority every twelve months in accordance with the NSW Food Act. The reports provide a snapshot of food regulatory activities undertaken by Councils during the specified twelve month period.

* Satisfactory means where an inspection was conducted and no re-inspection was warranted or significant enforcement action taken (e.g. issue of Improvement Notices, Penalty Notice, Prohibition Order, Prosecution etc). A satisfactory inspection may identify non-compliances of the Food Standards Code of a minor nature that would be followed up at the next routine or programmed inspection.
