Planning for the Rhodes Community
Rhodes West is subject to the City of Canada Bay LEP 2008 (Amendment 1 Rhodes West) and the Rhodes West DCP which came into effect on 20 April 2011. Together, these two documents make up the Rhodes West Masterplan 2010.

Rhodes Community Reference Group (RCRG)
The Rhodes Community Reference Group is co-ordinated by Council. Its purpose is to inform and engage the community. Why not come along to the RCRG meeting and be a part of the solution for issues raised? Help shape the future of Rhodes, and this part of Canada Bay.
Meet and get to know your neighbours, Council staff and your local Councillors!
Some of the regular information which is provided at RCRG meetings includes:
- Updates on development, environmental and community issues
- Details of proposed new developments
- Council action in respect of complaints.
Meetings are held bi-monthly on a Wednesday from 6-7.30pm. The dates for 2012 are:
8 February (at the Rhodes office, directly opposite Rhodes Station, Shop 2, 15-17 Blaxland Road);
4 April, 6 June, 1 August, 3 October and 5 December (venue to be confirmed).
