Celebrate Christmas with Canada Bay

Come along to Five Dock on Thursday, 26 November to celebrate Christmas with Canada Bay.

Council is hosting an evening of festive fun including the lighting of the Canada Bay Christmas tree at Fred Kelly Place, Great North Road at 5.30-7.30pm.

"Christmas is a wonderful time and I invite the Canada Bay community to come along and celebrate with us" said Mayor Angelo Tsirekas.

The evening will feature Jingle all the Way – a fabulous fifties Christmas band playing everyone's favourite carols, tempting gelato and granita by Duccio Gelato, delightful dancing by RG Dance, face painting and fun for children of all ages presented by the Canada Bay Club, kids activities presented by Doungporn Thai Massage and market stalls for Christmas shopping featuring Cincotta's Chemist Christmas Delights.  And of course what's Christmas without a visit from Santa!

A fantastic competition offering local shoppers the chance to win a Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle will also be launched at the Christmas event.
