FerraKitchen will be a feast of the senses at Ferragosto'10! Some lucky ones will even get to taste the goods! 

FerraKitchen showcases leading local chefs and providores as they cook for an admiring crowd. Watch leading local chefs cook and learn about food and wine.

As well as two cooking segments with Janelle, we are excited to welcome some new faces to FerraKitchen - Five Dock's forthcoming Italian venue La Casa Ristorante, Five Dock Meat Market's Italian cooking school and Breakfast Point's Olive Kitchen. Old favourites return from Angelo's on the Bay with Tintilla Estate and Petersons wines.

Tintilla Estate, a family vineyard located in the heart of the Hunter Valley and Petersons Wines who have vineyards in the Hunter Valley, Mudgee and Armidale, will provide wine tastings for a range of their award winning wines.

Canada Bay's lucky winner of the Cook with Janelle Bloom competition will take to the stage at FerraKitchen and stand side by side to help Janelle cook a scrumptious Italian dish.

Located at Fred Kelly Place on Great North Road, FerraKitchen will be the place to smell the aromas and witness the excitement of delicious Italian cuisine.
