Stepping Up

A new program designed to give women the confidence to find their hidden talents will be held in March at the Drummoyne Community Centre.

Stepping Up follows the successful Stepping Out program, run by The Infants' Home and sponsored by the City of Canada Bay.

Each Tuesday in March from 11am-1pm, workshops in life story writing and journaling will give women the skills to put their thoughts and dreams on paper.

The use of creative activities helps navigate life's challenges and can provide an increase in confidence and general well being, which flows on to a positive impact with family and friends.
