Parks Parking Permit holders are not required to renew current permits until 30 June 2017. This is inclusive of free of charge permits or fee applicable permits.
Should you be an existing holder of a Parks Parking Permit you must continue to display the permit to be exempt from ticket parking fees in Cabarita and Bayview Parks.
Conditions and Eligibility remain as per the details provided on Council’s Parks Parking permit application form.
The replacement of any Parks Parking Permits will be in accordance with the details provided on the Parks Permit replacement application form.
New applications for free resident permits will only be accepted from those residing within the boundaries of the City of Canada Bay LGA.
Those residing outside of that area can still apply for a permit however the applicable fee for non-residents of the City of Canada Bay area will apply as per Councils Fees and Charges.
Parking Patrol Officers have been informed of these changes and will continue to carry out enforcement against vehicles not displaying a Parks Parking Permit or a valid ticket obtained from a parking meter.
