Concord Oval Precinct

Council is preparing a draft Plan of Management and Master Plan for the Concord Oval Precinct and your input is welcomed.

The Concord Oval Precinct is bounded by Parramatta Road, Loftus Street, Gipps Street and the rear boundaries of properties in Taylor Street.  The Precinct is one of the key sporting and leisure facilities in the City of Canada Bay.

The objectives of the draft Plan of Management and Master Plan is to consolidate and update all existing information relating to this precinct and to determine how the precinct will be used, improved, maintained and managed into the future.  The plans will be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act and and the Crown Lands Act.

Community Information Day
