Council offers two locations for in person transaction and service:

Please note:
DA related lodgements, payments, enquiries and urgent certificates (e.g. 149) are not accepted at Concord.

We offer a One Counter Solution for most Council services. Our staff are multi skilled and able to assist with a wide range of enquires, including:

  • Rate payments and enquiries                 
  • DA/related certificate lodgement (Civic Centre only)
  • Planning and Finance certificates (Civic Centre only)
  • Animal registrations
  • Parking Permits
  • Lodgement of all Council forms
  • Justice of the Peace.

Duty Planner

Council's Duty Planner service is available at the Civic Centre, 8.30am-1pm. No appointment is necessary. The recently updated Planning and Development section of this website contains all relevant planning controls. The DA tracking tool enables you check the status of your development application. Application lodgement fees can be obtained by calling customer service on 9911 6555.

All Council forms and related fact sheets are stored in one central location.

Payments

We can accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card (except Diners). Please note all credit transactions will incur a 1% surcharge.
