Canada Bay Customer Services Centre is a one-stop-shop for all of Council’s service.
Council’s Customer Services team works to promote effective and productive services within our local and wider community.
Our approachable team of Customer Services Officers are multi trained to answer and resolve your enquiries.
Customer Services staff will assist you to find information and transact your business in a wide range of services listed and many others:
- Development Application lodgement
- Change of address
- Council agendas and minutes
- Justice of Peace
- File access
- Community information
- Recreation
- Rates Enquiries
- Retrieval of file
- Tree preservation
- Waste services
All payments can be made at the centre using cash, cheque Eftpos and most major credit cards, with the exception of Diners and American Express.
NB: Credit card payments attract a 1% service fee (incl GST).
At the Customer Services Centre our staff will received and record all customer’s requests, complaints and compliments.
