Access to Information and Freedom of Information

Access to information and documents held by the City of Canada Bay Council may be requested under section 12 of the Local Government Act 1993 (LGA) or under the Freedom of Information Act 1989.

 

If the documents requested are not outlined in section 12 of the LGA, you will be required to lodge a Freedom of Information (FOI) Application Form.

 

Access to information of a personal nature may be requested under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIPA) using the FOI form.
