City of Canada Bay Council's Law Enforcement Officer (Rangers) are responsible for investigating:
Abandoned Vehicles - a car must be illegally parked or out of registration before a Ranger will investigate.
Footpath Obstructions
Illegal Building works
Out of hours building
Non-authorised/approved building
Parking
Illegal parking
Council car parks
Dangerous parking
Parks
Illegal activities in parks (golf, vehicles etc)
Penalties
To make it easier for clients to pay fines, penalties and infringement notices issued by Council please visit the State Debt Recovery office www.sdro.nsw.gov.au.

You can contact a Ranger, Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 5.00pm by calling the Customer Services team on (02) 9911 6555, and they will pass a message onto the Ranger immediately to investigate the problem.

Obviously these activities do often take place out of office hours - in those instances you can contact a Ranger by calling the emergency after hours number (02) 9214 9953
To prevent bogus calls you will be asked to leave your name and address - the Ranger WILL NOT pass these details onto anyone he investigates.
If you have received a fine from one of the Council Rangers which you wish to challenge you must call the Police Infringement Bureau on (02) 9841 8000 - fines cannot be overturned by Council once they have been issued.
