Parking in Cabarita Park and Bayview Park
Parking Fees
Due to the high demand for parking in Cabarita Park and Bayview Park and the limited number of spaces available, parking fees apply. This helps to ensure turnover and access for all users. The fees commence at $2 for up to one hour and increase incrementally up to $15 for 12 to 24 hours, including gst. Where a car and boat trailer park together, double fees apply. Please note that the meters only accept coins.
Free Parking for Residents
Residents and ratepayers of the City of Canada Bay are eligible for free parking in Bayview and Cabarita Parks. Applying for the permit is easy, and new permits are valid for up to three years. Detailed conditions of issue are included on the application forms.
A completed application form must be accompanied by a copy of the person's drivers licence and vehicle registration papers and presented in person to the Customer Services Centre located at 1a Marlborough Street, Drummoyne.
Two free permits will be issued per property. Replacement and additional permits are available at a fee in accordance with Council's yearly Fees and Charges. Non-resident ratepayers can also apply for the permits, noting that a higher fee applies - this is shown on the application form.
