Rates Instalment Due Dates
The Local Government Act 1993 prescribes the following due dates each year:
- 1st Instalment - 31 August 2009
- 2nd Instalment - 30 November 2009
- 3rd Instalment - 1 March 2010
- 4th Instalment - 31 May 2010
Note: Rates and domestic waste charges are exempt from GST. Also, if paying in full, the due date is the same as the due date for the first instalment i.e. 31 August.
Rate notices via email
You can now register your interest to receive your rates notice by email. Council is currently taking registrations of interest for ratepayers who could like to receive future rate payments (from July 2009 onwards) via email. Subject to response, we will make this service available on an ongoing basis. You can register by completing the form here.
