Drummoyne Oval Precinct Stage 2 - Construction of community facilities and associated works - CLOSED 2 October 2009
Invitation to tender
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors and/or companies for the construction of new community facilities and alterations and additions to existing facilities at Drummoyne Oval, Drummoyne.
It is a mandatory requirement of this Tender that the successful Tenderer is accredited under "The Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme".
Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $65 (including GST) from the Customer Service counter at the Canada Bay Civic Centre Drummoyne, 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
A Pre-Tender Briefing will be held on site at 10am on Thursday 17 September 2009 to provide information to prospective contractors and/or companies. All prospective contractors and/or contractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
In the preparation of the tender, contractors and/or companies are required to submit Return Schedules together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make their tender complete.
Submissions should be placed in the tender box, located in the foyer of the Canada Bay Civic Centre Drummoyne at 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne. Envelopes containing submissions should be sealed and clearly marked as “Drummoyne Oval Precinct Stage 2 - Construction of Community Facilities and Associated Works, Drummoyne, Tender Number 2009-CP11”. Submissions close at 2pm on Friday, 2 October 2009.
