Schedule Of Rates for Civil Infrastructure and Plant Hire - Closed December 2011

Invitation to Tender

City of Canada Bay is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies in the provision of civil infrastructure works. This shall include:

  • Concreting and associated excavation services
  • Asphalting and associated excavation services
  • Plant Hire Services.

This contract is for a period of two years with the option to extend the period up to 12 months. Documents are available on CD for a non-refundable fee of $95 (including GST) from the Customer Service counter at the Canada Bay Civic Centre, 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Submissions shall address the criteria and capabilities outlined in the tender documents. Submissions shall be placed in the tender box, located in the foyer of the Canada Bay Civic Centre at 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne.

Envelopes containing submissions shall be sealed and clearly marked as 'Schedule Of Rates For Civil Infrastructure & Plant Hire -Tender No: 2011/TS25'.

Submissions close 2pm Tuesday, 29 November. Tenderers shall attend a pre-tender meeting to be held 9am Wednesday, 16 November at 15-17 Regatta Road, Canada Bay.
