Planning Proposal - Waterview Street, Second Avenue and Barnstaple Road, Five Dock

What's it about

Council is now seeking feedback from the public on the Planning Proposal and draft Development Control Plan for sites located on the western side of Waterview Street between Second Avenue and Barnstaple Road, Five Dock. The following documents are provided below:

  • Planning Proposal. This Planning Proposal seeks to apply new Height of Building and Floor Space Ratio standards to the site and remove the heritage listing on 39 Waterview Street, Five Dock (item number I486). The land affected by the Planning Proposal comprises:
    • 37-47 Waterview Street
    • 2 Second Avenue
    • 6-8 Barnstaple Road
  • Draft Development Control Plan (DCP). The draft DCP proposes site specific built form controls for the design and layout of future development on the site.
