Battle of the Smashers 2
Drummoyne Oval will come alive on Sunday, 18 December from 9am-6pm when Battle of the Smashers 2 pits celebrity against celebrity with the cricket bat, raising funds for the Steve Waugh Foundation. The Smashers game starts at 2pm.
A host of games will lead up to a side celebrity cricket match, including the state women's cricket team, the NSW Breakers against Queensland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to mingle with your favourite sports stars, enjoy a great family day out start off the school holidays and at the same time support a truly worthy cause.
The Battle of the Smashers 2 follows the highly successful and popular inaugural Battle of the Smashers, which raised more than $26,000 for Lucas Gardens School and recognised local cricketing legend Archie Jackson.
