Ferragosto 2011

Once again, Ferragosto lived up to its reputation as a great family day out as well as providing yet another fantastic day for our community.

The weather held out and the great food, entertainment and market stalls were enjoyed by well over 50,000 people.

The kids queued relentlessly for the pony rides and to pat the animals at the farm, while the teenagers headed for the fun rides at the Lyons Road end of Great North Road.

FerraKitchen again showed a wonderful array of tasty Italian recipes showcased by local restaurants and our celebrity chef Cleo Kerameas, lead by our fabulous MC Marie Piccin from Angelo's on the Bay at Cabarita.
