Business Parking Scheme

Valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027

To be eligible for a business parking permit, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Business is in a permit parking zone (check the permit map zone)

• Business must have limited or no off-street parking (e.g. garage, carport)

• Businesses may apply for up to two (2) business parking permits.
  Fees apply in accordance with Council’s Annual Fees & Charges – Business Parking Fees.

Documents to Prepare

To apply for a Resident Parking Permit, please provide the following:

1. Proof of Business Status:

• A letter on company letterhead including ABN, confirming the vehicle/s are registered to the company and the nominated drivers of those vehicles.

2. Vehicle Registration Certificates (Areas 1–5 Only)

• A copy of the vehicle's registration certificate
• Company letter authorising the applicant’s use

Submit an application form:

• Business Parking Permit Application Form – Areas 1-5
• Business Parking Permit Application Form – Area 6, Five Dock Only
