Welcome to The Learning Space at The Connection, Rhodes

The Learning Space is at our new home at The Connection and our January programs are awesome! Join us for school holiday fun in electronics, robots, video making, CAD, 3D printing and more. From Tuesday, 3 January 2017, there will be free drop-ins as well as ticketed workshops. Everyone's invited! Bookings essential for ticketed events.

Operated by City of Canada Bay Libraries, The Learning Space provides a vibrant and welcoming space to play, learn, meet and work. The staff and facilities support learning, creativity, innovation, and community. The facilities include high speed Wi-Fi, printing, 3D printing, A0 plotter, die cutter, sound recording and rehearsal capabilities, photography and video studio equipment, robotics and electronics. It features large scale artworks by internationally acclaimed artist Lu Xinjian in the Open Space.

The Digital Gallery is Sydney's newest exhibition space for video, sound, and digital art. It features a fantastic digital art presentation wall with eight large screen LCD panels, an AV presentation projection wall, and an integrated sound system. Watch this space as we present work by some of Australia's premier media artists in a program curated by dLux Media Arts, alongside work created by our own community.
