Calendar of council meetings
Generally, Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of the month (with the exception of January). However, there may be times when meetings will need to be rescheduled.
Meetings are held at the Canada Bay Civic Centre, 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne commencing at 6pm, with the exception of Extraordinary Meetings, which may be held in an emergency.
Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings.
Council agendas are available to the public in Council's libraries on the Saturday before the relevant meeting, and are available from the Customer Service Centre on the Monday before the relevant meeting. The agendas are also available on Council's website from the Friday prior to the meeting.
Minutes are available once confirmed by Council. Please use the events calendar on the home page to view Minutes of Council and Committee Meetings.
