It is complemented by the City of Canada Bay Affordable Housing Management Guidelines

By providing affordable rental housing, Council aims to assist people earning low to moderate incomes to live and work in the City of Canada Bay, provide them with improved rental housing security and enable them to establish savings for the private rental market or home ownership.
