The City of Canada Bay has launched a new and improved Waste Info app, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your waste and recycling.

With everything in one place, you can access your personalised bin collection calendar, receive reminders, stay up to date with service changes, and find out exactly what goes in each bin.

Get started in 3 easy steps

• Download the ‘LoopedIn Councils’ app from the App Store or Google Play
• Select City of Canada Bay when setting up the app
• Delete the old City of Canada Bay app — it will be decommissioned in July 2026

What you can do with the app

The Waste Info app is designed to make managing your household waste simple and convenient. Key features include:

• A personalised bin collection calendar for your address
• Reminders for bin days and bulk household collections
• Clear guidance on how to dispose of tricky items such as mattresses, chemicals and batteries
• Easy reporting of missed collections, damaged or stolen bins, and illegal dumping
• Information about Council waste services, facilities and more

The waste app is free to download and available for both iPhone and Android devices.
