Generally, Council meets on the third Tuesday of the month (with the exception of January). However, there may be times when meetings will need to be rescheduled.
Meetings are held at the Canada Bay Civic Centre, 1A Marlborough Street, Drummoyne at 6pm, with the exception of Extraordinary Meetings, which may be held in an emergency.
Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings.
In order to address a Council meeting, the item for discussion must be on the Agenda and you will need to complete and return Council's Request to Address Council Meeting application form by 3pm on the day of the meeting.
Council agendas are available on the Council’s website from the Friday before each meeting. Printed copies are available from the Council’s Customer Service Centre on the Monday before each meeting. Agendas can also be viewed online at any of our libraries.
Minutes are available once confirmed by Council.
