The City of Canada Bay aims to resolve matters and complete works as quickly as possible. Some matters can be resolved more quickly than others.
It is recommended that you contact Council through one of the official channels, instead of using Snap Send Solve. Please note that reports submitted through apps such Snap Send Solve are not monitored or actioned by Council. These apps do not integrate with our internal systems or capture the information we need to resolve your request efficiently. To ensure your issue is directed to the right team as quickly as possible, please use our official online form: Report an Issue

Traffic issues can take time to resolve because they usually require a traffic study or extensive investigation, before being reviewed by the City of Canada Bay Traffic Committee.
Reports of non-compliance can take some time to investigate. If you wish to report a building compliance matter, and Council is not the certifier, you must contact the building's certifier by email in the first instance before contacting Council.
