Join us at this creative writing workshop with Will Kostakis. This workshop will focus on writing engaging short stories and crafting character voices in collaborative exercises.
Will Kostakis is an award-winning author for young adults and splits his time between writing novels, working as a journalist and touring high schools nationally. His debut novel, Loathing Lola, was released when he was just 19 and met with critical acclaim. Will won Sydney Morning Herald Young Writer of the Year as a high school student for a collection of short stories. In 2014, his novel The First Third was shortlisted for the Children's Book Council of Australia Book of the Year and Australian Prime Minister's Literacy Awards. His newest young adult novel is We Could Be Something, an emotional rollercoaster of a novel about two young men, each on a journey of discovery.
