Permit Zones

The Local Government Area (LGA) is divided into six designated permit parking zones to help manage on-street parking and prioritise access for local residents, visitors, and businesses.

Each zone includes selected streets where parking is restricted to permit holders during signed times. Understanding your zone is essential when applying for or renewing a parking permit.

The six parking permit areas are:

• Area 1 – Drummoyne

• Area 2 – Chiswick

• Area 3 – Strathfield

• Area 4 – Concord West

• Area 5 – Concord West

• Area 6 – Five Dock

Each area has a defined list of eligible streets. 

Knowing your zone is the first step when applying for a residential, visitor, or business parking permit.
