If you are reporting an urgent matter or a hazardous situation that may cause physical harm to a person or property, please call Council on 9911 6555 - 24 hours a day 7 days a week. In a life-threatening emergency please call 000 and request police, fire or ambulance.
You can also pay your rates, make an online booking, make a planning or property enquiry or send a request online on Council’s website via our Online Eservices Hub.
Please be advised that Council will automatically update your personal information in our database with any personal information you have provided in your query. This information may include, but is not limited to, email, address and telephone number.
If you do not want your personal information updated in this way, either in part or in full, please email Council at Name and Address Register (NAR) Mailbox and advise you do not want your personal information updated.
Please note that any changes made to your personal information will not update Council’s Rates database. In the event you wish to update your rates personal information, you must do so via a separate email to Rates Mailbox.
