Art Exhibition: Flourish

Join us at Concord and Five Dock Libraries in September for Flourish by local artist and Director of The Little Gallery, Christine Curtis. And then in October, Christine will be continuing her exhibition at Five Dock, with some additions by her young art students! 

The Little Gallery in Henry Street, Five Dock was opened by Christine Curtis in October 2021 and she has been fortunate to connect with business partners and locals in the community sharing her passion for art.

"When I paint I feel a partnership. Partnership with my subject, with my brush and with colour. I strive to connect with my art on a deeper level whereby the process encompasses a feeling of both trust and pleasure.

I see my artworks as a writer does a book, a story in images, each mark, each combination of colour is a new chapter of strokes dancing on the canvas, full of energy and positivity."

Christine has been hosting workshops and private lessons as well as producing commissions for the clients in the area and afar. The exhibits in both Concord and Five Dock library are a small selection her works.
