Our three libraries offer welcoming spaces to learn, connect and study, along with a wide range of services and events that support our community. Join us to discover the wide range of regular programs available at Concord Library, Five Dock Library and The Learning Space at Rhodes — there's something for everyone. Concord Library offers a wide range of services in a two-level building with an extensive physical collection, a bookable function room and a privately run café. It is easily accessible, close to public transport links, and has free parking behind the building and on the street.

Monday–Thursday: 9:30am–7:30pm 
Friday: 9:30am–5pm
Saturday: 9:30am–4pm
Sunday: 1–5pm

Five Dock Library is located in the heart of Five Dock, within a residential and commercial building adjacent to Fred Kelly Place. The physical collection is housed across one level, and the library offers a study room and bookable function room. 

Five Dock Library can be accessed via lift, ramp or stairs, and is close to bus links. Restricted parking is available on-street, underneath from Garfield Street, or in Thompson Lane carpark.

Friday: 9:30am–5pm
Saturday: 9:30am–4pm
Sunday: 1–5pm

The Learning Space is located within The Connection, near Rhodes’ shopping district.

This library is tech-focused, providing digital resources and equipment, creative learning programs, and STEM-based activities in place of a physical collection. Services include printing (document and 3D), scanning, photocopying, and public computers and WiFi.

It is close to public transport links, cycleways, and major roadways, with limited street parking.

Friday–Sunday: 10am–5pm
