Circle of Security

This five-week parenting course is for parents of all ages. It will run every Tuesday in March from 7-9pm.

The Circle of Security model is a ‘map’ for parents and caregivers on how to navigate parenting while juggling other demands in life. This evidence-based program demonstrates that children with secure attachments have more confidence, compassion, resilience, and endurance. The course will teach parents how to respond to their children's social and emotional needs, plus give you the practical tools and techniques to teach your children how they can manage 'big feelings'.
