Circle of Security Parenting

Are you parent of a child under 12 years old? Join the three-week Circle of Security course to take the guess work out of parenting.

The Circle of Security model is a ‘map’ for parents and caregivers on how to navigate parenting while juggling all of life's demands. This evidence-based program demonstrates that children with secure attachments have more confidence, compassion, resilience and endurance. The course will teach you how to respond to your child's social and emotional needs, as well as equip you with practical tools to teach your child how to manage 'big feelings'.

This course will be facilitated by Dympna Kennedy, a qualified parent educator, early childhood advisor and baby massage and baby yoga practitioner.
