Nancy Tear believes that photography has been one of the benefits of retirement, now having the time to join a camera club and participate. Prior to COVID-19 Nancy and her husband Doug travelled extensively, immersing themselves in the culture of the countries they visited.
 
“We enjoy meeting and connecting with the local people, as that’s when the magic happens, and the experience becomes so much richer,” she said. Nancy’s main interest is portraiture and candid shots of people in their own environment bringing their story to life.
