Getting to know your baby

Are you the parent of a baby under 10 months old? Join this five-week program that will teach you how to read and respond to your baby's behaviour.

This program runs for one hour on Friday mornings from 11 February to 11 March, and explores the body language of babies and their unique sight, sound, and sensory cues; their ways of telling us what they want.

You will learn how to do baby massage and use it as a method of connection and communication which is effective for settling and sleep problems.
