This Mental Health Month join an online workshop with Jane Massa, the Sydney Local Health District's Coordinator in Suicide and Depression Prevention, for Older People's Mental Health.
In this one-hour session, Jane will discuss the five ways to achieve wellbeing and improve your mental health.
