You are invited to an author talk and cooking demonstration with Sue Dahman.

In Tayta's Lebanese and Mediterranean Kitchen, Sue features Lebanese, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern recipes.

Sue Dahman was born in the north of Lebanon, and food and tradition were what her family life was all about. Over the years and during her extensive travels around the Mediterranean and the Middle East, Sue has tasted and collected many new food ideas. This book is a celebration of her favourite recipes.

Bookings are essential. Light refreshments will be provided between 6.30-7pm.
